Room 2 – £70 per room (£50 for single person rate) – Includes full Scottish Breakfast

King size double room overlooking Arbroath Harbour, themed as a Maharaja Room, 32″ TV/Video. Hospitality Tray Tea/Coffee. En-suite facilities (shared shower) directly outside of room. Bed & Breakfast from £35.00 per person based on two sharing, or from £50.00 for the room based on a single rate.

Room 3 - £80 per room (£55 for single rate) – price includes full Scottish Breakfast
Superior Sea View Double Room En-suite
Super king sized bed overlooking Arbroath Harbour/Marina & North Sea. Superior Quality . Full en-suite facilities, 42″ plasma screen TV with Freeview. Hospitality Tray Tea/Coffee. Bed & Breakfast from £40.00 per person per night based on two persons sharing, or from £55.00 on a single rate.

Room 4 – £60 per room (£45 for single rate) – includes full Scottish Breakfast
Standard Double Room
Double room with Flatscreen TV/DVD, hospitality tray, hot & cold water wash hand facilities. Shared bathroom with adjoining room 5, bathroom situated immediately outside room. Bed & Breakfast from £30.00 per person based on two person sharing, or from £45.00 for the room based on a single rate.

Room 5 – £60 per room (£45 for single rate) – includes full Scottish breakfast

Rooms 4 & 5 are ideal family suites with private facilities i.e., Double room & one twin bedded room

All rooms cleaned and replenished daily. All bed linen is pure white cotton that is professionally laundered & ironed with that fresh crisp feeling you would expect from a quality Guest House.

Cancellation Policy

Once a booking has been accepted it is deemed as a contract. Cancellation will only be accepted if sufficient notice is given for us to be able to re-let the room/rooms. Only if the room is re-let, a refund can be issued.

It may be possible to find cheaper but you definately won’t find better!!
